I am getting obsessed with Chanel! I mean, who doesn't?

Here's another pretty wallet (on a chain)/ clutch to add to my (growing) collection.

It's in red caviar, has slots for credit cards, pockets for bills, coins and can accommodate a few essentials like face powder, mobile phone, lipstick, etc.

What i love it is, you can either use it with our without a chain although it's not removable, it can be kept inside and just use it as a regular wallet or clutch.

I super love it!

UD palettes are my favorite. They're pigmented, great value for money and the packaging are just cute! Having said that, I was surprised to find out that haven't posted about my latest addition which I got in UK.

Got these babies at Debenhams.

UD Book of Shadows Vol 4, Primer Potions

How cool is this palette? It contains 16 eyeshadows, one Liquid Liner, Primer Potion and Mascara. The palette also contains a mini speaker and a card containing codes that can be scanned to watch vid tutorials using the palette. This is my 1st Book of Shadows from UD.

I know that there are several primers out there, but these ones from UD are my favorite. I have a few mini primers that came with the palettes I bought, but being a hoarder I bought all 4 (Original, Sin, Greed & Eden)... because it's the new packaging :)

I also bought the 15 year Anniverssary Eyeshadow Collection, but I haven't taken photos yet, that will be in a separate post.

Is it just me or are you a sucker for cute packaging? Do you always get UD palettes specially the limited edition ones?

Thought I'd post on my progress on emptying products I bought in the past.

Left to Right:

Selsun Blue- as mentioned in the past, I used to have a problem with shampoos as I have really sensitive scalp which always resulted in me having dandruff until I found Selsun Blue. I only use it thrice a week and used different shampoos the rest of the week. No more dandruff for me. Repurchase? Definitely!

NeutrogenaEye Makeup Remover- my favorite eye makeup remover. Reviewed here. Repurchase? Yes.

Nivea Goodbye Cellulite- this was my sister's, she doesnt use it so instead of throwing it away, I used it. I dont have noticeable cellulites to begin with so I didnt see any visible results. Repurchase? No.

Kerastase Bain-Oleo Relax Shampoo- Its a good smelling product, but I didnt see any noticeable results. This also cost a fortune here in the Philippines. Repurchase? No. Replaced it with Pure Beauty Shampoo.

Korres Laurel & Echinea Anti Dandruff Shampoo- This was bought many months ago because of the battle I had with dandruff. This doesnt help at all. I dont like the smell either. Repurchase? No.

Dry Idea Deodorant- i love the powder fresh scent. Repurchase? Maybe. Replaced it with Nivea Invisible for B&W Roll on.

Pure Beauty Treatment Hair Mask- I use this as my daily hair conditioner. It makes my hair smooth and soft. And I so love the scent. Repurchase? Definitely!

The products emptied are mainly haircare. I am very eager to finish up some makeup products. I must say that I'm doing well when it comes to emptying bathroom/haircare products.

I'm back in Manila now, after my 2months vacay. After UK, I flew back to Singapore with my Aunt, sister and cousin to meet my hubby and spend a week with my brother . It was a very tiring week for all of us. It was all about my little cousin. But it was great bonding with family!

The whole UK experience was something both my sister and I enjoyed greatly. The castles, parks, and shopping was incredible.

But this coming December, I will be flying back to UK to spend 3weeks with my Aunt's family and my brother, unfortunately, hubby can't come because of his work.

I'm a few days late on my monthly favorites. There aren't many products I'm using right now because of the breakout I experienced many weeks ago.

A few products that made it to my monthly faves.

Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation (53 Beige Clair)- I love the light coverage of this foundation and the glowing complexion it gives. The fruity smell is amazing!

Vichy Normaderm (03)- I use this to cover the dark pimple marks. This is a bit dark on my skin, but this was the only shade sold at Guardian in Singapore. The retractable pen makes it easier to apply directly on the problem area.

Carmex Moisture Plus- love the scent, coverage and the minty taste.

Carmex Misturising Lipbalm- I apply this after brushing my teeth. Leaves my lips moiturised and prepped for lipstick application.

MAC Carbon Eyeshadow- I use this not as an eyeshadow but as a liner. The past few weeks, I was not keen on wearing any makeup because of the annoying breakout I had, but this product gives life to my eyes :)

Collection 2000 Cream Puff (Fairy Cake 3)- The velvety soft matt finish is love. But I always exfoliate my lips first otherwise it will accentuate dry lips. It also smells amazing!

Bourjois Bronzing Powder- I liked this not only because of the cute packaging, the color payoff & smell is great.

This month's favorites are composed of drugstore finds and mostly are great smelling products.

A really quick trip to Boots didn't do much damage to my wallet. I got a few things I ~~think~~ I needed, mostly for my lips.

I'm a big fan of Carmex, so when they released the Moisture Plus lipbalms, I was so eager to try but always unlucky to find it in Boots until the other day. I can't decide which shade to get, so I just decided to get all three. I've only tried the peach one, the texture was divine!

Anatomicals -- is a brand I haven't tried yet. Since the price tag is cheaper, thought i should try it as well. The packaging is catchy for me.

Other few bits for the hair like the Tangle Teezer and clips/bands from Scunci & Boots.

Queen of the desert

I'm not, Priscilla is.

It was a fun day yesterday at London cos we watched Priscilla, Queen of the desert, a westend/broadway show at Palace Theatre.

The characters were all great specially the guy who portrayed Felicia Jollygoodfellow. The show was hilarious, the casts all sang very well. It was such a great show! If you haven't watched it yet, I strongly recommend that you do.

We ended the day with a great dinner at Benares, an Indian Resto, also in London. The food was lovely, and the service was amazing.

If you are living or visiting the UK, i recommend that you visit Benares and watch Priscilla, you will surely enjoy it.

Went to the salon today for a haircut and hair treatment. It's been a while since I had my hair cut and treated. I promised to take care of my hair from now on so I bought some Kerastase products to take home with me.

My hair used to be waist length, thick, lifeless and dull. I like how my hair turned out. Now it looks like this..

not the best photo but it looks healthier and more manageable :)

This Bronzing Makeup Base (Soleil Tan de Chanel) is really hard to find. It's sold out everywhere.

I've tried so many times to get this in (House of Fraser, Harrods, Boots) shops or order online, but always unsuccessful. Until I passed by the Chanel counter in Harrods on the way out. I just asked the SA without expectations. And guess what? -- they have it (and plenty more)!

Since I was there, I also picked up the Mat Lumiere Foundation.

The texture's really smooth and smells really nice! If you want to get your hands on this baby, I suggest you run to Harrods now! :D

I guess it was my lucky day :)

My skincare products are really boring that's why I never bothered to post one, until today. The ones I usually use are products from my dermatologist, which are really effective, but are not available in drugstores or supermarkets.

But ever since I arrived here in UK, I decided to try other brands because using the same products for more almost a year can be boring. So for two weeks now I've been using skincare products from Boots, which (sad to say) are not available in Philippines.

l-r: Vichy One Step Cleanser; Vichy Normaderm Purifying Cleansing Gel; Vichy Refreshing Toner; La Roche-Posay Hydraphase Intense

I've read several good reviews about each product.

1. Vichy One Step Cleanser for sensitive skin is a 3in1 product. Its a cleansing milk, Toner and eye make-up remover. I use it as the latter.

2. Vichy Normaderm Purifying Cleansing Gel (Acne Prone Skin) is what I use to wash my face.

3. Vichy Refreshing Toner (for normal to combination, sensitive skin)

4. And lastly, La Roche-Posay Hydraphase Intense Riche to moisturize.

*5. Sunblock in the morning (not pictured)

I'm thinking whether I should continue using these products or switch back to my old skincare since I'm having a bout with pimples..hmmm..

Zit Zapper

Pimple has never really been a problem for me...until now. I only get pimple/s when its that of the month. But the past 3 weeks had been horrible. I've tried at least 3 creams/ointment already and nothing seemed to have worked.

Sudocrem, Quinoderm 10%, La Roche Posay Effaclar A.I.

or maybe I'm just impatient? I only tried each product for a week, and when I didn't see an improvement I moved on to the next one. Should I try using the product longer?

I also had a facial the other day, hoping it would help clear or reduce the size of pimples on my face even just a bit. But no, it made the pimple even bigger which is now an acne?

I even stopped using tinted moisturizers or foundation on my face with hopes that it will help clear out the pimples and make the acne/pimple creams more effective.

I don't know what else to do or put on my face :((.

Now, I'm itching to try the Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Treatment Cream which promises to reduce spot size and redness in just four hours.

Has anyone tried using Clearasil or any of the products mentioned above? Did it work for you? I would really really appreciate if you could share with me your spot treatment products.

I finally got my dream bag!.. it's a Chanel Grand Shopping Tote (GST) in Black Caviar and silver hardware. This is the probably my major purchase or the highlight of my trip. I dreamt about this bag for almost a year, and after much thought and consideration, I decided to finally get it.

It was waaay cheaper here in UK than in Singapore and in Hong Kong. Im sure it could have been more expensive in the Philippines if there was a Chanel shop.

The short time spent at Harrods surely broke my bank. The selection of clothes, shoes, bags and cosmetics made me drool, literally! :)

I got four pairs of flats...mostly from my favorite shoe brand..Tory Burch.

and a pair from Elie Tahari... which was the most comfortable flat shoes I've tried and now own.

I also got a few pieces of clothing from All Saints.

The pieces from All Saints are unique and not commonly found anywhere, if I may say. But some of the pieces can go a little over the top, so I stuck with something that I can wear more often.

Trip to London

It was windy but the sun was also out. We did some tourist bits yesterday and walked around a small portion of London.

The structures or buildings are just awesome! Made me remember about my vacation in Paris years ago.

Took photos of the London Eye, Westmintser Palace & Big Ben, and the Cabinet War Rooms.

We finished early, so we decided to pop by Harrods. It was not packed, unlike the first we went there. We had late lunch at YooMoo and did (of course!) some shopping.

Those paperbags contain my favorite things! :))

London Shopping

Good morning ladies! I was up early today so I took photos of the things I bought in London last Saturday.

We first stopped by Regent Street and popped in some of the shops.

1st stop: COS

2nd stop: H&M

3rd stop: Michael Kors

4th stop: Abercrombie & Fitch

We also went to Harrods and picked up 2 MAC brushes (109 & 266) and went to Chanel to get my dream bag, unfortunately the color I want was out of stock :( I know there are several shops in the area, but I decided to get it some other time cos we were too tired from all the walking.

I was really happy with my new Michael Kors watch!

The shops in London is making me craaazy!!!! I cant wait to visit Primark, New Look, Boots & Superdrug :D

Inconsistent.

The title says it all. I know I am and have been inconsistent with my blogging. I've been really been busy the past weeks. In my older post, I mentioned about my UK Visa application which took most of my time. And a couple of errands that needs to be done before I leave.

So a couple of days ago I was in Singapore, again. And last Friday, I, together with my sister arrived in the UK. We'll be here for a two-month loooooong holiday. Sounds fun right? But I will surely miss my hubby :(

Here's how Celebrity Makeup Artist Melanie Ingelssis created it:

4. She took the cream shadow up to the crease of Olivia's eyes and underneath , blending it with the kohl pencil so there were no harsh lines.

5. With a black shadow, she redefined the outer and inner areas of the eyes that needed to be darker, creating a sexy and smudgy look.

6. Finally, according to Melanie, " the trick to a beautiful smoky eye is blending, so I took a clean blending brush - with no color on it - and with one motion, I blended the upper and lower colors together."

7. To complete the look, Melanie culed Olivia's lashes and added two coats of Inimitable Intense Mascara.

Hello ladies!

I know i've been M.I.A again. Been so busy with soo many stuffs the past month. Been really busy securing all documents for my UK Visa application, going back and forth to the province to accompany my dad on his check ups, went to Singapore to visit my brother, and so on.

But I'm back now with my favorites for the month of July.

Body Shop Moisture White Shiso BB Cream- I cant tell you how much I love BB creams. I prefer it more than foundations, which I find heavy on my skin and sometimes cause me breakouts. This particular BB cream doesnt make my skin oilier, which is why I love it.

Carmex Lip Balm- this is probably my third pot from Carmex. I love how moisturizing it is and the minty flavor is an added bonus for me.

Benefit Coralista Blush- I know this was featured in my June favorites, but I just cant get enough of this that's why I have to include it again. The color is just so perfect!

Soap & Glory Arch de Triumph- this is what I've been using on my brows most of the time. The dual ended pencil is perfect. You have your brow color on one end and a highlighter on the other. I even use the highlighter on my lower lash line and it makes my eyes look brighter.

MAC Beguile Brow Set- after using soap & glory to draw my brows, I use this to make my brow hair lighter. Perfect combo!

MAC Blot Powder - another great product from MAC. It controls oil perfectly. <3

I was inspired by Sophie, a beauty blogger, to check out Watsons for the these products.

Purebeauty Treatment Essence Water, Purebeauty Treatment Hair Care Oil, Physiogel Shampoo Plus (P715)

She mentioned good things about the Purebeauty Treatment Essence Water (with camelia seed oil). Also in the same shelf was the Purebeauty Treatment Hair Care oil, so I thought why not also give it a try. I think they also have a shampoo with Camelia seed oil

The Physiogel Shampoo Plus, I bought in Mercury Drugstore, is good for those with sensitive scalp. I am always on the hunt for a good shampoo that will not cause itchiness and make my scalp dry. I hope I already found my gem.

Will be reviewing the Purebeauty hair products soon.

Last month, I was able to use up a few products. But they were mostly hair products.

The Face Shop Changpo Magic Straight Conditoner - i used it together with the magic straight shampoo. it smells really nice and makes my hair soft. But aside from that, it didn't do much for my slightly wavy hair. It cost around P300. Will not be repurchasing this.

Human Heart Nature Nourishing Conditioner (Peppermint & Mango Butter) - its 100% natural, 100% biodegradable, 100% no animal testing and no dandruff causing residue. It also smells great and leaves my hair soft. And for only P129.75, i will repurchase when I've used up all my conditioners.

Coldwell Rich Repair - A 60 sec treatment for dry, damaged or stressed hair. Among the products I used, this has the greatest or I would say the yummiest smell. I used this every other day, and leave it on my hair for more than 1 minute and the result is great. It leaves my hair shiny and smooth. Im go glad I bought a few tubs when I was in the Netherlands, so I still have some back up :)

Thalgo Firming Eye Contour Gel (anti puffiness) - $58 for 15ml. I never actually noticed any tightening effect whatsoever. Im just glad that this was bought my my aunt for me. I will not be repurchasing. I still have a few products from Thalgo to try. I will see if some will work.

Nivea Makeup Remover wipes - I sometimes find the cloth a bit harsh on my skin. I also dont like the greasy feeling it leaves my face. So this one, I wont be repurchasing as well.

Although mostly were hair products, Im still happy that I was able to finish up 5 products. I'd say not bad for my effort and with the number of products I have in my shower. I'm still aiming to finish 10 products each month and hopefully will include makeup.

You know my little disappointment about the discontinued Back2Mac program? Well, today, Im one happy lady..

Hubby got back from his flight and I was so happy when he told me that he managed to swap my empty pans for a lipstick. I was really happy when agreed to go to a MAC counter in the US. Although he is already used to visiting cosmetic counters with me, i know its kind of awkward for him to visit a counter all by himself. To make it easier for him, I gave him a list of lipstick to show the MUA. Number 1 on my list is Vegas Volt. So glad it was available. Aside from the lipstick, he got me 2 more MAC products.

Monthly Favorites: June 2011

Can you believe it? Its half of the year already. Next thing we know its already 2012. Time flies so fast when you're having fun.

Its the time of the month again (no, im not talking about having your period), its time to list down my favorite products for the month of June.

on my list we have:

1. Revlon Photoready Foundation in 005 Natural Beige- I got this last year but didn't really use it because the shade is darker than my skintone. But after getting a tan from my last holiday, this shade now matches my skin.

2. Diorshow Unlimited Mascara in Black- i've been alternating my mascaras so I can use them all and see which one really makes my lashes full and curled the whole day. With its small and uneven (length) brush, I'd say this is volumising, lengthening and keeps your lashes curled the whole day.

3. Bobbi Brown Gel liner in Black- love this liner specially when im doing winged liner.

4. NYX Eyeshadow base in 03 Skin Tone- been reaching for this eyeshadow base most of the time. Its not the greatest base but it doesn't feel heavy on the lids and its easy to blend.

5. Bobbi Brown Corrector in Bisque- i use it to conceal my dark under eye circles.

6. MAC lipstick in Dressmaker, Dressmaker- the soft coral color is very easy to wear- day or night.

7. Benefit Coralista Blush- the color says it all. No wonder many beauty bloggers love this blush.

The Back to MAC recycling program here in the Philippines is not like the program in other countries (I think) where you can exchange 6 empty containers for a lipstick, lipgloss or eyeshadow of your choice. Here, you can only exchange it for a lipstick where you can choose only from a number of colors. It sucks, I know! But still, being able to get a lipstick for free is not a bad idea. I've done two B2M already.

I've always been eager to use up or depot my MAC products. After depotting 9 of my single eyeshadows, I was so excited I headed down my MAC counter to exchange 6 of the empty eyeshadow pans for a lisptick. Browsing and swatching at all possible colors, I decided to get Vegas Volt. I brought all the empty pans out, and I was surprised when the MUA told me that they dont do B2M anymore. They stopped program since December of last year. :(

Is it only here in the Philippines that they stopped doing the recycle program? But why? What am I going to do with all my empty containers?

The sun is out and its actually perfect because as you're reading this, my plane may have already landed to the beautiful island of Aklan. I will be spending a couple of days at the beach, in Boracay to be precise with my sister and 2 cousins. I am so excited with this trip and had it all planned since January.

I actually forgot that I owned this MAC CCB in Shell, just found it in my drawer while looking for my blush, hence it was not included in the swatches above. A beautiful color which I sometimes use as an eyeshadow and base.

MUFE and Nars are almost the same except that Nars looks more silver. MUFE feels like mousse when applied to the skin and gives a dewy finish. Nars Multiple is an all around product, can be used on the the face and body. MAC CCB Shell is a soft pink beige with shimmer, shows up in the skin really well. While the ELF one looks more bronze and the darkest among the four.

If you are on a budget and looking for a nice highlighter, ELF is your best bet. You get the same effect for only $1 or P129 here. Plus you can choose from 6 shades i think.

Will have to test all 4 products so I can give a more in depth review soon.

Thought I'd do this Monthly Favorites post a little early, as I am always late in posting mine.

clockwise:

1. MAC Lightful Ultracharge Foundation Spf25 NC25- I use this to set my BB cream. It has spf which is always a plus for me.

2. MAC e/s l-r: Espresso, Ricepaper, Cork, Brule- these are my go-to eyeshadows.

3. Bobbi Brown Long wear gel eyeliner in Black Ink- I love the consistency of this liner and it stays put during this hot and humid month.

4. Morrocanoil Light- Been using this for sometime now. I love how it makes my hair shiny and soft. Sometimes I just shampoo my hair and apply a pea size amount of morrocanoil and my hair is still soft. The chocolatey smell makes me want to apply more.

5. Maybelline Hyper Curl Volume Express Mascara- i love how it gives volume and keeps my lashes curled the whole day. The slightly bent brush is just perfect for application. I think I like this more than the Revlon Grow luscious mascara.

6. Coastal scents blending brush- I use this for concealer application

The colorful sandals from Schu was chosen and paid for by hubby. He said, this pair will be perfect for my maxi dresses.

I'm am sorry if im boring you with all these haul posts. I also noticed that the last few few weeks, since I resigned from my work, all I've done was to shop. Im bored most of the time and would always ask hubby to go to the mall with me. Or if not, I woud always be browsing online. Some of my favorite sites to shop are Shopbop, Forever21, Neiman Marcus and Net-a porter. I dont always order, sometimes I just check on their new arrivals and look at how they put a look altogether.

I LOVE LOVE by Moschino's citrus scent is very similar to D&G's Light Blue and also DKNY's Energizing EDP Spray which was included in my April Faves.

I also got a lipstick from Revlon (Super Lustrous) in Coral.

I haven't done monthly favorites for sometime now. But now I'm back with one.

Here are most loved products for the month April.

1. DKNY Energizing EDP Spray- I love the citrus scent of this perfume which i love wearing in the summer months.

2. UD Naked Palette- do I need to explain why? :)

3. Topshop Blush in Pinch- This is a cream blush and also great for summer. This gives me a natural flush. You just need a small amount and blend. I just love it!

4. Maybelline 8in1 BB cream- Im not a foundation kinda girl. I usually just wear a BB cream. The hot weather is not ideal for me to wear foundation and this just gives me enough coverage. I just add a little concealer for under eye circles and blemishes.

5. Burt's Bees Res-Q Lipbalm SPF15- great protection for my lips and helps avoid chapping.

6. Clinique Superbalm Moisturizing Gloss 02 Raspberry- a very natural looking gloss for me. I also like that its not sticky. This came with 4more tubes.

7. Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara- I dont actually wear mascara most of the time, but whenever I do, I use this and it gives my lashes volume.

I've been wanting to get a tattoo since I cannot remember. I wanted something that is meaningful and has great relevance in my life since its permanent.

I had to convince hubby to agree with me on this and fortunately he did.

It means "Live life without regrets". I had it translated into Tibetan calligraphy.

I love how it turned out.

This post wasn't planned. I have a few haul post scheduled to be up on my blog this week. But, I cannot wait for tomorrow to show you my new love.. a pair of flats from Jimmy Choo. I was out this afternoon and passed by JC boutique, and these flats caught my eyes. Tried it on and it did fit, and the best thing the pair was on sale.

It was originally priced at P20,500 and with 25% off, I got it for P15, 375.

I love wearing heels, but on days that I dont go to the office, flats are my best friend.

It was love at first try. :)

Viva Glam Gaga II

I had a meeting yesterday morning, and I arrived early. While killing time, I decided to check out MAC with no idea what to look for.

As I was approaching, I saw a poster of Lady Gaga, asked the MUA if they already have the Viva Glam Gaga II, and she said they do.

Immediately tried both. Although I know its a little pale for me, I still decided to purchase it :D

And here is a comparison between Hug Me, VGG2 Lipstick & VGG2 Lipglass. Hug me and VGG2 looks kinda similar. I would just say that Hug me is a little bit darker than the Gaga lipstick.

I think it'll be best to use a lipliner so your lips won't look too pale.

Have you purchased the lipstick/lipglass? Do you think its too pale?

After many months of dreaming and waiting, I finally own this (most) coveted palette from Urban Decay.

I ordered it from Ulta first week of April and had it delivered to the hotel where hubby stays whenever he has a flight.

I was so excited I did not wait for hubby to wake up i just rummaged his luggage :D

I wont be swatching it anymore, because I know you've seen hundreds already :)

Along with this gorge palette, i also ordered the Organix Morrocan oil

Gifts from Hubby

Hubby went to Bangkok, Thailand for a 20day training last February. Being the sweet guy that he is, he asked if wanted anything. I know how busy and stressed he was so I didnt ask him to get something for me (although a Naked Palette would be great ☺)

When he came back from his training, I asked him to go with me to the mall to look for a dress that I can wear to my godson-to-be's christening.

Went to my one of my fave shops: Tyler, and bought this (P3,900):

Its black, but looks olive in this pic.

Passed by Topshop and also got this:

I will be using this as a cover up when I go to the beach (P2,900)

And lastly, my favorite. saw this really comfy driving shoes/flas from Michael Kors (P4,995)

Actually, it was hubby who paid for all of this :) Those were his vday gifts for me. I know I am soooo late in posting this.

New Sunnies ☼

I may have been inactive from blogger for almost two months but that doesnt mean I've become inactive from shopping as well.

Summer is definitely just around the corner. And I am so excited for it since I was not able to enjoy my summer last year. As part of my excitement, last February I went shopping. And shopping for a pair new sunnies was a crucial part. No summer look would be complete without a great pair right?

I was originally looking for Ray Ban Aviators with gold frame and brown lenses. All the stores/retailers i checked out dont have it. They only have a few selections of Aviators in different colors of frames and lenses. But fear not, I did not leave the store empty handed.

This is what I got..

Yellow frame and brown lenses.

You might be wondering whats inside the black box? Ray Ban was having a promotion that time, and for every purchase of a pair of sunnies you will get a shirt (one size, and luckily it fits me), a canvass sling bag, and pins (not pictured)

I think yellow is a great summer color!

I'm sorry, if I have been M.I.A for almost two months.

So many things have happened. Some are fun and some are not worth mentioning.

Last December 17, I enrolled my sister again in Maquillage Professionel by MUFE. She will be taking Module 2 starting February which will be focusing on makeup for photography and high fashion. Although the class wont start until Feb, I immediately signed her up because MUFE was having a promotion that time. When you sign up on or before December 25, you will be getting gift vouchers which you can use to purchase MUFE products.

Module 2 cost P35,000 (approx $700), and the gift voucher we received was P10,000 ($200). So, we used it immediately and got these..

Revlon's warehouse sale

Revlon's warehouse is just a few steps away from my office. And recently they had a sale. Most items (lipsticks, glosses, nail polish, single eyeshadows, etc) were 80% off. So being the shopaholic that I am, I did not let opportunity pass me by. Initially, I intended to buy lipglosses for my cousins. But of course, I ended up with more.. for myself :D

The lipsticks I got for P150 each (approx. $3), colorstay lipglosses for P200 each ($4) originally priced at P525, and the 2 lipglosses in the tube for P60 each (more than $1), and Revlon Lipglide Color Gloss in Plum Lightning for P80 ($1.60)

The Age Defying concealer was not part of the warehouse sale but I still got 20% off. The Lustrous shadow in Espress'o Yourself I got for P300 I think.

These were all great buys! :)

New Year, New Haul!

New year means new haul for me. The goodies were not purchased in Manila, they were purchased by my sister from her one-week trip to Singapore with our dad. They came back Jan 3rd, but I'm only able to do a post about it now because I am really busy with soooo much stuff.

A floral OOTD

I'm still alive :P I know I haven't posted for a while. But here I am now with a short post on the outfit I wore today.

Yes, its the floral dress get I from Mango a few weeks back. I am not into printed clothes, but I love the subtle print of this dress. The fabric is so soft, and its so girly! :)

I got this little love from my favorite cousin. She sent me this amazing palette from Too Faced consisting of 3 pans-- a bronzer, blush and highlight. Ain't this amazing?

the palette does come with a mirror.. useful for touch ups!

She wanted to give me the Urban Decay Naked Palette but it was out of stock, still! She searched all the Sephoras in Dubai but haven't had the luck to get it.

I think i'll be using this palette often ♥..whatcha think? ☺

Best Christmas Pressies!

The best part of Christmas is spending Noche Buena (Christmas Eve dinner) with your family and eating tons of food! I think the weight i lost when I was frequenting the gym, I gained back because of the Xmas holiday.

Done your christmas shopping yet?

As for me, I've been frequenting the malls the past few weeks to get gifts for my godchildren. Yes godchildren! I already have like more than a dozen. Its so hard to find gifts for them as I don't see many of them often.

And of course no shopping would be complete without getting stuffs for yourself.

Instead of just taking photos of the clothes I got, I wanna make it different this time by wearing some of them. Please excuse the face :P
